Spectator was founded in 2017 by two data engineers, focused on developing computer vision algorithms and solutions with the use of satellite images. Spectator started as a tool they created to make their jobs easier and give space-based Earth Observation a bit of much needed standard image capture flavour. The founders think it is one of the obstacles holding satellite remote sensing from going more mainstream and through this platform they want to fix that. The experiment is a mobile application for the construction industry, allowing to monitor the progress of building sites with use of AI and near-real-time satellite images.
Techmo was established as a spin-off in cooperation with the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. They specialise in sound and speech analysis but we are also passionate about the latest technologies used in computer games. Techmo’s solution is an end-to-end system for contactless quality control in manufacturing with defined voice commands set. Company will use Techmo in-house ASR with the ability to train for specific domain wordset on demand. The solution will be time-saving and non-invasive because a contactless interface doesn’t disrupt assembly line workflow.
